To start a remote support session, please follow these few steps:
1. Click here to download and run a client required to establish the remote connection.
2. Then email our technical support engineer and provide the User ID and Password of the client:
Erik Jessen, M.S.B.E., R&D engineer
3. Terminate the remote support session by clicking the disconnect icon in the lower right corner of your desktop.
