Remote support

After you have arranged a remote support session timeslot, please follow these few steps:

  1. Click here to download and run the client required to establish the remote connection.

    You can run this file without installing any software or without Windows or Mac OS administrative rights.

  2. Email your unique ID and password to our technical support 5 min. before the session starts:

  3. Terminate the remote support session by clicking the disconnect icon in the lower right corner of your desktop.
