In no event shall Loligo^®’s liability, for any and all claims, losses, expenses, injuries, or for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or any way in connection with this agreement from any cause or causes including but not limited to Loligo^®’s negligence, damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, errors, omissions, strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty, not exceed the limits of Loligo^®’s liability insurance coverage and, if not covered by insurance, the amount of 10,000,000.00 DKK.

Loligo^® Systems products and/or software are not intended for use in life support or mission-critical systems, or in clinical or diagnostic applications. Use of any of our products in such applications is not supported by Loligo^® Systems.
Use of any Loligo^® Systems product is at the user's sole risk and discretion. In no event shall Loligo^® Systems be liable for any damages of any kind, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory applied, caused directly or indirectly by our products or their instructions or associated components and materials.

Limitation of Remedies:
Loligo^® Systems shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement to sell goods to buyer of the goods, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, or for any damages or sums paid by buyer to third parties, even if Loligo^® Systems has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether the claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence, or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.

Loligo^® Systems respects the privacy and information of all customers and those making enquiries of Loligo^® Systems. We will not disclose for any reason, other than as required by law, to any party any customer information without the customers express consent.
