The 27th International Congress of Entomology (ICE2024 Kyoto) will take place at the Kyoto International Conference Center in Kyoto, Japan, from August 25 to 30, 2024. The International Congress of Entomology is a quadrennial gathering of entomologists worldwide in all fields of entomological research to share the findings of their studies. Since last being held in 1980, similarly, at the Kyoto International Conference Center, this is the first time in 44 years that the Congress will be staged in Japan. As such, the Union of Japanese Societies for Insect Sciences (UJSIS), the consortium of entomological science-related academic societies in Japan, has set up the Local Organizing Committee for ICE2024 in a unified manner.
