Respirometer chamber for oxygen consumption measurements in inactive / resting (not swimming) fish and aquatic invertebrates.
Use the respirometers with your own oxygen and data acquisition equipment or with our systems for automatic respirometry.
For oxygen consumption measurements we made a basic large chamber system including the minimum equipment required.

This chamber lid is used with our ID 42 mm horizontal chamber tubes. Use two chamber lids with a chamber tube of the same ID to build a complete acrylic chamber. The lid comes with an integrated baffle plate (on the back of the lid) to improve the distribution of water inside the chamber, and prevent animals from blocking the flow. The lid comes with two ports for connecting tubing. Stainless-steel wing nuts and washers are also included.

This is a replacement tube for ID 42 mm horizontal chambers. Use two chamber lids with a chamber tube of the same ID to build a complete acrylic chamber. The tube comes with an integrated o-ring in each end for a gas-tight seal, and 8 x bolts for lid attachment. Chamber lids are not included.
