ShuttleSoft 3 is fast and user-friendly real-time video tracking and analysis software for Windows 11. It is used with our aquatic shuttle box systems for automated preference/avoidance tests in fish or inverts. The software communicates seamlessly with required hardware for video recording, water parameter sensing, and pump control for water parameter regulation.

ShuttleSoft 3.2.0 (and above) requires a Loligo® USB license dongle. Without the dongle, ShuttleSoft 3 will only run in demo mode (i.e., no data export). Previous turquoise WibuKey dongles will not unlock ShuttleSoft 3.2.0 (and above).

LoliTrack 5 is a super fast and intuitive Windows software for 2D and 3D video tracking and behavior analysis of multiple and focal animals based on contrast or background subtraction, i.e., no markers are needed. LoliTrack 5.2.0 (and above) requires a Loligo® USB license dongle. Without the dongle, LoliTrack 5 will only run in demo mode (i.e., no data export). Previous turquoise WibuKey dongles will not unlock LoliTrack 5.2.0 (and above). Contact us if you need a Loligo® dongle.

A free video recording and editing software designed for use with our Loligo® Systems cameras. The software also accepts most modern webcams, but with limited functionality.

This major upgraded version features many improvements and additions as well as a much better and faster tracking performance on regular PCs.

ShuttleSoft 2 is discontinued and has been replaced by ShuttleSoft 3.
